The Spiral Eye 13,T is great for finishing off the ends of your knitting or crochet project. When making plastic grid projects the size SE-13T is perfect.

However, the head of the SE-13C needle is too thick to tie your quilts with yarn. The size SE- 18C can also hold 4 ply craft yarn and is small enough some people tell me it works well for tying off quilts.
